Cookies and browser storage

The current website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or browser storage to track visitors. In a clean-browser check on 13 October 2026, no cookies or localStorage/sessionStorage entries were created on the tested pages. Website fonts and images are delivered from our own web address.

There is therefore no cookie consent banner. If we add features that require consent, we will update this information and provide the relevant choices before activating them.

When you email us

Enquiry buttons open your email application. Nothing is sent automatically. If you send a message, we receive your email address, the message and any contact details or attachments you include. Provide only what is needed to discuss your request; do not send passwords or sensitive customer data.

We use these details to respond and discuss possible cooperation. Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing information is voluntary, but without a reply address or a description we may be unable to handle your request.

Website operation and hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting web pages involves technical information such as IP addresses and request data; operational or security records may be created. This is distinct from advertising cookies. The purpose is website delivery, availability and security, based on the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

Vercel uses international infrastructure, so processing is not necessarily limited to the EU. The provider describes its processing and transfer arrangements in its Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

Recipients and retention

Handling enquiries involves the people responsible for your request and the services used to deliver and store email. Website operation involves the hosting provider. These are separate from advertising services.

Retention needs to reflect the purpose: handling the enquiry and follow-up communication, any subsequent contract, statutory obligations and the protection of legal claims. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise the right to data portability where applicable. The presentation website does not carry out automated decision-making or visitor profiling.
